**** IMPORTANT NEWS ****
ProCheck Stats & Picks is back (sort of): This is a sports pool prediction software based on the spread
and also on the Proline Lottery results - and it's FREE.
It was originally created for Windows 95/98 but it did not run under Windows 98 2nd edition.
Due to many complaints, Microsoft put in a fix to allow older code to run without errors.
We will not be providing much support for this although we will answer questions. No updates
will be provided.
Create a folder (c:\procheck) and Download the file (2mb) and unzip it to this directory.
RIGHT-CLICK on procheck.exe. SELECT "Send To ->" then Desktop (create shortcut).
Minimize all of your windows and RIGHT-CLICK the icon on your desktop called PROCHECK.EXE.
CLICK on Properties then the Shortcut tab. CLICK on Change Icon. CLICK OK if you get a message.
CLICK on BROWSE and open the folder where you extracted the ZIP file (ie. c:\procheck).
OPEN Logo.ico and CLICK OK until you're back at the desktop. Now run the program.
To get started, CLICK on HELP. You will get an error message that the help file cannot
be opened. CLICK on FILE\OPEN and choose PROHELP.HLP in c:\procheck.
