IMPORTANT: Be extremely careful when completing your order form! If you want XPressPost, make sure that you choose the correct shipping option.

Please give yourself extra time at Christmas. The United States Customs may hold up orders longer at this time of year due to security threats. These shipping times are only an estimate and only XPressPost shipping times are guaranteed.

Shipping Charges: The prices displayed on the order form is the maximum you will be charged and they are based on a per item basis. Ordering many items at once will usually reduce the total shipping on your invoice.

Canadian Shipping Information: Please note that all SURFACE SHIPPING in Canada is by Expedited Parcel Post. The difference between Expedited Parcel and XPressPost in Canada is usually from 1 day in Ontario to 5 days in Western Canada.

Most APO/FPO addresses have the following general restrictions:
* Packages may not exceed 70 lbs. (Some zip codes have lower limits)
* Packages may not exceed 130 inches in combined length and girth.
(This means if you have a package that is 100" in length and 40" when
you measure around it, you cannot send the item)

The USPS has formalized a standard addressing scheme for all domestic mail.

AA, which stands for Armed Forces Americas
AE, which stands for Armed Forces Europe

FPO, which stands for Fleet Post Office

There are three sortation centers associated with new "state codes".
They are as follows:

AA : Miami, FL
AE : New York, NY
AP : San Francisco. CA

NOTE: When ordering, please select the state where the sortation plant is located. For example, select Florida(FL) for AA. PLEASE USE the CITY FIELD to type in the Military STATE field
