ProCheck Sports is an Internet only store. We carry sports memorabilia, pictures, posters and trading cards. Our Sports Catalogue is always being updated and items can be SAFELY purchased on our SECURE web site.

When completing our Order Form for one of our many products, please take the time to fill in the required information correctly. If you do not receive a confirmation of your order by email from us within the hour after completing the Order Form, then you have not filled out your email address correctly.

If you haven't received a shipping confirmation from us within 3 business days, please email us. Also Check you spam email ... Check you spam email! Please ensure that our email address is approved by your spam software.

We need your correct email address to complete your order. For security reasons, we discourage the use of Hotmail/Yahoo email accounts or similar free email accounts. You do not have to worry about receiving any spam email from ProCheck Sports. Repeat customers may receive the occasional promotional email.

Our return policy for damaged goods is 40 days and 60 days for any unopened packages. Any evidence of tampering will nullify this policy. ProCheck Sports must be notified of any returns prior to returning the product. Failure to do this may result in having the return refused.

The customer can request partial refunds if they wish to keep a damaged product. Refunds will be provided only if the customer agrees to the amount of the refund.

Please note that ProCheck Sports is not responsible for unclaimed items at the destination post office.
